Researching industrialized intelligence

Navigating Sino-American relations in the age of industrialized intelligence.

I research how America and China distinctly build technological power. I studied Chinese in university and did intensive language training in Beijing, surrounded by China’s increasingly sophisticated parallel modernity. Then, I studied at Oxford, seeing firsthand the consequences of deindustrialization and stagnation. Through all this, my research started with base materials and industrial strategy and now includes AI governance and diffusion. I recently graduated and currently work as a Research Fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation in Washington, DC.
