Education as human potential

I’m a homeschooling dad working to create an education that allows my kids to advance the frontier of their potential. In the past I was a Naval Aviator, developmental test pilot, quantum computing engineer, startup operator, and entrepreneur, but I left all of them to start homeschooling my two kids. I bring a focus on expertise studies and my experience mastering the domains I have into writing about education as a human potential problem.

Finding Flow and Family

I love living in Montana with my wife, 2 huskies, and 2 kids, although I miss the beach and surfing some days. You’ll regularly find me training BJJ, snowboarding, or hiking. I always have a book in my hands. When I’m not outdoors or in a book, I’m building an airplane in my garage with my kids.
